But our perfect image requires the well-groomed arms. Our hands are more subjected to the outside influence. We’re constantly washing, laundering and thus, the skin of hands loses the moisture and fat. No doubt, we may use the rubber gloves but it’s not recommended to wear them longer than 5min.; the hands start sweating badly and this process fries your skin. For beautifying you need to pay special attention to the state of your hands and nails. Their appearance has an impact on your self-appraisal, confidence and even, your gait and look.

There are 4 stages in the system of care of your arms.

The 1st: a thorough and deep depuration. You need to purify your hands every evening by means of a special brush, toilet soap and water.

The 2nd: appliance of nourishing products for skin of hands and nails. It’ll help to avoid many of troubles.

The 3rd: intensive moisturizing of skin of hands during a day; it will help to avoid the loss of moisture and protect from undesirable influence of ultraviolet rays, low temperature and other effects of the atmosphere.

The 4th: you need to apply a nourishing cream to your hands in the evening; it will moisturize them and restore the elasticity of skin.

This cycle is to be reiterated daily!

So, depuration is the first step on the way of beautifying your hands and nails. There are many ways of cleansing. We offer the simplest, most available and at the same time, most effective.

Depuration of skin with the help of corn flour.
You spend time on ground and flowers and there’re traces of your contacts with nature on your hands. And what can we do with it? You need to wash your hands with liquid or glycerin soap and while they are in foam, you should rub the dirtiest parts with corn flour (one spoon). If it doesn’t help all-out you may rub in the skin a small amount of soap and let it stand for 1-2min. Then you use a brush for nails to remove soap. The dirty areas that left can be rubbed with a fresh lemon peel.

Dry soap.
Liquid and glycerin soap are the finest purifying methods. You can make it ready by yourself: you need to mixImage household soda, non fat dried milk and corn starch in equal proportions. The mixture is to be held in a small plastic bottle. If you want to clean your hands you can wet them with water and powder with some dry soap. Your hands are sure to get clean, soft and smooth – any unpleasant smell will vanish away.

 

The protection of skin of your hands is an extremely actual matter in summer when the ultraviolet radiation is the most intensive. Continuous solar influence makes your skin weather-beaten, coarsened and there appear pigmental spots. Tan will disappear very soon, but to get rid of dryness and peeling of your skin will be very difficult.

To care of your hands you can cook a cream on your own; it will make a lot of good to your hands and nails and the major use is that it will prevent from harmful impacts.

You’ll need: 0,25 glass of apricot oil, 7gr. of smeared white beeswax, 1 teaspoon of liquid lecithin, 1 teaspoon of glycerin. You’ll get 1/3 glass of nourishing cream. Its consistence should resemble a beaten white-egg – very slight and airy. It suits to perfection for care of skin of your hands at night time. You can change the content a bit depending on the condition of your skin. So, you may add, for example, oily solution of vitamin E or A or some jojoba oil.

All the components, except glycerin, have to be put into heatproof glass dish; the dish is placed in a pan, which is filled with water up to 2.5cm. The pan is put on a low heat. You warm it up, stirring at regular intervals for 5 min. till the ingredients are melted. Then it’s time to cool the mixture off till the room temperature. Next step: you add the glycerin and keep stirring while the extract gets a slight and airy consistence. After that you replace the mixture into some other dish and shut it up with a cover. It’s kept under room temperature and used when it’s necessary.

ImageSome tips for proper care of your hands:

  • To avoid problems with cleansing your skin you should have household soda, 3% peroxide, corn flour, oily solution of vitamin E.
  • When you clean your nails you should prevent them from microbes’ penetration: scrape them on the piece of softened soap and make sure that there’s soap on every nail.
  • Do not bind yourself to vitamin E only: try to use Vaseline. If you put on gloves at the same time for 30in. it is likely to be a superb hand pack.
  • If you suffer from the lack of time there’s a nice way out: smear your hands with a yogurt and leave it on them for 2-3min.
  • The type and condition of your skin demand different packs: moisturizing, nourishing, relaxing, polishing… But at one time your skin is capable of appreciating only one or two packs at their true value.

The cream is to be smeared into all over the surface of your arms; pay attention to the joints. The skin there is really thin and open to injury, that’s why you can notice chaps there. You need to moisturize your skin the most often. You see the dry, delicate skin of your hands, especially the back of the hand, requires constant protection. To keep it in mind you’d better store the bottles and tubes with creams in your sight.

The appliance of creams for hands should become as natural in the morning as cleaning your teeth.
