When we think about anti-aging cosmetics first of all we imagine different cosmetics for our face. We are so concerned about its state that we often forget about our body. The skin of the body also suffers from dryness, flabbiness and the lack of elasticity. Usually we begin to think about our body before vacation or when the problem is so serious that it can’t be ignored any more.

But the state of our body skin affects on how we feel ourselves every day because the skin has a lot of vital functions, namely it removes toxic substances out of the organism, influences the metabolism and synthesize vitamin D. Besides in the skin there are cells that are part of the immune system.

The skin of the body is of course more stable than that of the face, except some certain parts as for the most time it is covered with clothes, which protects us from other people’s looks and the negative impact of the environment. Nevertheless at the age of 35 the skin starts to age. But it may happen even earlier because of different diets or hormonal changes. That’s why if you want to prolong the youth of your body, you should take care of it very carefully.

What is the age of your skin in different parts of your body?
The youngest skin is on the inner side of our arms, buttocks, the lower side of your stomach and hips. The reason: these parts are not affected by ultraviolet rays and experience less tension.
Prognosis: the process of aging in these parts is rather determined by your hereditary than outward factors. The skin becomes less elastic and drier at the age of 50.

The more mature skin is on the elbows, knees and feet. The reason for it is physical , constant mechanical influence and the lack of vitamins. The skin there becomes dry and coarse.
Prognosis: if you don’t take care of the skin in these parts of the body (especially) feet you might have deep chaps. But one can overcome these problems.

The most mature skin.
The area of neck, décolleté, bosom and hands. The skin in these parts of the body becomes older quicker than on the face, because it is more affected by the negative influence of the environments. Very often we forget to protect these parts from ultraviolet, wind, alkaline soap.
Prognosis: it is these parts where first of all the skin looses its tone and elasticity, where pigmental spots appear.

Local problems: and how to cope with them.
The most common problem of the skin is dehydration. The signs of it may be a certain discomfort, wrinkles and peeling. Luckily one can cope with these problems by using moistening cream and properly chosen cleaners. It is more difficult to cope with ”constitutional” dryness, when the skin structure is the reason of the problem. In this situation you should use some special remedies. To achieve a greater effect we recommend studying the following table:

The part of the body
Problem
Cosmetics
Advice
Procedure
Neck
Décolleté
Breast
Flabbiness
Wrinkles
Pigmental spots,
Flabbiness, uneven
Complexion

Anti-aging formulas with sun-protective filters, antioxidants
Lifting and relaxing cream
Try to choose tone foundation so that it is in keeping with skin tint to the highest possible degree Wrinkles can be ablated by surgical operation.
Laser or superficial chemical peeling
Hands
Pigmental spots, dryness, chaps
Lightening creams
Ultra-violet protective cream, Wrinkle smoothing cream
Put sun-protective cream on those parts to prevent them from pigmental spots Pigmented spots can be ablated by laser or chemical peeling
Back, stomach, for-arms, hips and buttocks Dryness, the lack of elasticity, pale color Lotions, which are easily absorbed and last for 24 hours. They should contain glycerin, mineral and vegetable oils Before using these cream take a shower and rub yourself with a sponge. Then dry your skin put on the cream with easy massage touches Microdermabra
Knees
Elbows
Feet
Rough and coarsened skin Concentrated exfoliants with alfa-hydroacids or retinal. Intensive nourishing cream with glycerin and lanolin
For example Exfoliating Foot Cream
You shouldn’t use Foot scrub for other parts of the body as it can cause irritation. The upper sides of feet are very often sun burnt that’s why don’t forget to put some sun tan cream Coarsened skin can be removed with the help of concentrated ointment, which contain fruit acids or consult the surgeon
The outward side of feet and hands Pigmental spots,
Dryness, peeling
Light, easily absorbed lotions with lightning and smoothing effect
For example Intensive Lifting Body cream
The upper side of feet very often sun burnt, so don’t forget to put some sun tan cream on those parts You can remove dark spots and freckles with the help of the laser. 2-3 laser procedures will be enough

Cellulite
Can one cope with cellulite with the help of cream? No. There is no such cream yet which makes it possibly. Anti-cellulite remedies usually act as additional ones to more intensive procedures, such as diets, massage, special exercises and so on. That’s why on the tubes of most anti-cellulite creams you can read that they only stimulate and smooth out the skin. These remedies help to remove toxic substance and the excess of water out of cells. The good news is that most active ingredients of these creams (for example, retinol, antioxidants) help to cope with aging. They make the skin more elastic. When using these cream cellulite becomes less evident and the skin begins to cope with stress.

The first stretching of skin appears when you are a teenager. The situation is worsened during pregnancy or due to abrupt changes of weight. They are caused by hormonal or hereditary factors. That’s why cosmetic remedies can’t eliminate the stretching. It is impossible to get rid of them absolutely, but it is possible to make them less visible. Some cosmetologists recommend the remedies with retinol A and glicoline acid. Rose and red stretching are better to get rid of, older stretching are difficult to eliminate even with the help of the laser. That’s why try to prevent their appearing.

Vascular netting appears more often on the legs because of chronic venous insufficiency, constant load on legs and problems with bowel. The reason is hormonal. Doctors usually prescribe hormonal therapy and complex treatment. The use of creams and BAD is an additional remedy.
