You will say that nothing can be easy than to wash hair and to brush it. But you are wrong: most of all our hair suffer from incorrectly chosen care means, shampoos, combs and so on. Aromatic health If you have brittle and thinning hair you can add to a shampoo 2-4 drops of aromatic oils of orange, ilang-ilang, camomile, myrrh, mandarin, sandal or incense. Or you can rinse your hair with water enriched with 5-7 drops of incense, sandal, bergamot, rosemary or cypress oil.
If you got dandruff you can use aromatic oils of mandarin, eucalyptus, c edar or balm. If you want to add aromatic oil to a shampoo or to a balsam, take 3-5 drops of rosemary, eucalyptus, incense or balm oils. If you want to enrich the water for rinsing hair, take 3-4 drops of cedar, balm, incense or ginger oils. To prevent intensive hair falling out you can use oils of eucalyptus, orange, cedar, camomile, ginger, pine, lime or sage. You can add 3-4 drops of eucalyptus, orange or pine oils to balsams and 4-5 drops of pine, cedar or ginger oils into the water for rinsing hair. If your hair mask is based on essential oils you can add to it 3-5 drops of these oils. Additional nutrition

You can have healthy and beautiful hair only if you eat food containing enough of proteins. Staunch vegetarians and people who keep to a diet should take vitamins and different food additions. But even if you take microelements, proteins mustn't be excluded from your ration. As a result of malnutrition your hair can become defective. This defective hair can restore only after three months after you finish your diet. Grey hair The hair color depends on the quantity of melanin produced by cells-melanocytes which are situated in a hair follicle. After a number of years these cells decrease their activity and hair becomes grey. Stress, disbalance of nutrition and alcohol strongly affect the activity of these cells and thus provoke early appearance of grey hair. Women are constantly trying to hide their grey hair.
