The first step: wash the tiredness off

Sit down in your bath and cross your legs in a Turkish way. Close your eyes and play the warm jet (37-38 C) on your back between your shoulder blades. It is good if there is special massage jet in your shower. Sit there for 2-3 minutes. Take a rough buffer, put a few drops of shower gel on it and rub your body. Choose toning or fruit shower gel (the odor of green apple, black currant, lemon, peach, melon and banana will inspirit you) Play the jet on your head too, only then you will get rid of tiredness. Firstly, water removes electrostatic charge. Secondly, the shower massages the active points on the hairy part of your head. Massage your hair with balsam or conditioner, choosing the same odor as the shower gel and then wash it with cool water. Finish this procedure with contrast shower. Rub yourself with Turkish towel ( it’s better if it is rough). Then, dry your hair.

Some nuances:
- Don’t have a warm bath. It is not the right time to relax. On the contrary, you should do everything possible to inspirit yourself.

- Don’t use any relaxing gels, for example those having herbaceous or coniferous odor as they have relaxing effect and cause pleasant somnolence.

Important notice!
Don’t forget that your time is limited. After 5-6 hours tiredness will tell and there will be the only way to restore your health that is to have a good sleep.

 

The second step: take care of your face.

ImageAfter shower clean your face with any fresh fruit juice, green tea, a piece of ice or alcohol-free tonic, remove the excess of the liquid with a napkin and put the cream, which contains vitamin C. It stimulates the circulation of the blood and makes your complexion better.
5-minute massage will increase the toning effect. If you have oily skin, then nip it for 2 minutes, clap your cheekbones with your fingertips for 1 minute. At last, stroke your forehead, chin and cheeks along the skin lines. If you have dry and sensitive skin do the same procedure but instead of nipping, shake the skin along the skin lines.

 

Some nuances:
If the temperature outside is below zero, you shouldn’t use moisturizing cream.

 

The third step: store some energy.

You shouldn’t attend any important occasions if you are hungry. The best food is light albumens and easily assimilated carbohydrates (cottage cheese, yogurt, a sandwich with honey, cornflakes with milk or kefir, nuts and dried fruit) The ideal ”stimulator” are ripe bananas, which contain glucose and subroutine. Begin your meals with a large cup of tea (better green one) with lemon and honey. Keep two packets of tea in your cup for half a minute, cool them and put on your eyelids. While you will be drinking tea, compresses will be saving your eye from redness and swelling. Then take 1,5-2 grams of vitamin C.

Don’t eat substantional and highly calorie dishes, which are hardly assimilated and cause sleepiness.

 

The fourth step: rehabilitate your hair.

Hair is the main ”indicator” of our state. Overtiredness, stress, bad spirits make it dull and unruly. Don’t pull it about with any manipulations. First brush it with hairbrush towards the hair growth, then in the opposite direction, then again towards the hair growth for 5 minutes. Then again brush it from the sides to the crown for 5 minutes.

Some nuances:
Before brushing your hair eat a little piece of chocolate. Experienced hairdressers are sure that after eating some chocolate hair becomes easy to rule.

 

The fifth step: ”masking clothes and makeup”

ImageYou will never hide your tiredness if your clothes are of bright colors. A pale face will seem even paler, if you have a red blouse, orange pullover or turquoise jacket on.

Don’t choose very bright colors. You will look well in dark-blue, blue, violet or black clothes. Beige and golden-brown are good too.

If you want to put a gray or green costume on, add some bright accessory (a scarf, a shawl or some jewelry of contrast color) that will attract everybody’s attention.

In this situation you will have to tone everything from the edge of hair up to décolleté with toning cream. But don’t use powder. Only at the end make your skin mate with some power.

Use soft and neutral eye shadows. Don’t use pink or lilac tints – they will underline the tiredness and redness of your eyes. Gray (but not black) eyeliner and gray or dark brown mascara will mask the eyes’ redness.

Try to draw attention to your lips and attract it from your eyes. Use lipstick, which is one or two tones brighter than your rouge.
